We are very delighted to announce that Sebastian Meise’s feature film GREAT FREEDOM was selected to be Austria’s submission for the Oscars!

We are very pleased that GROSSE FREIHEIT by Sebastian Meise and HINTERLAND by Stefan Ruzowitzky are going to celebrate it’s UK premieres at the BFI London Film Festival! Both directors will attend the festival in order to present their films.

We are very pleased that Sebastian Meise’s GREAT FREEDOM was nominated for this years European University Film Award (EUFA)! In September GREAT FREEDOM was awarded five prizes: At the Valenciennes Film Festival: BEST FILM, Best Actor – Franz Rogowski & Special Mention of the Jury. At the Athens Film Festival: FISHER AUDIENCE AWARD & Prize of the Greek Film Critics Union Association.
